Outdoor clothes drying used to be a hard work for many HDB residents. Swing Rack is an apparatus specially designed to help HDB residents carry out outdoor clothes drying very safely and effortlessly. The apparatus can be easily mounted to an existing clothes drying pipe socket outside the kitchen window of an HDB flat. It may be retracted from its normally outdoor position to an indoor position allowing the user to safely and comfortably load/unload the laundry-pole onto/from the apparatus.
